Ryu-han infiltrates the South as a sleeper cell spy for North Korea and pretends to be a simpleton in a little town. He waits patiently for his task while keeping an eye on the locals. Fellow elite spies Hae-rang, posing as a rock star, and Hae-jin, posing as an average student, are one day sent to the same town as Ryu-han after serving as the village idiot for two years.
