In addition to running a laundromat, Sang-hyeon (Song Kang-ho) volunteers at the local church where his friend Dong-soo (Gang Dong-won) is employed. Together, the two operate an illegal business: Dong-soo deletes church CCTV footage that would otherwise show a baby was left in the baby box, allowing Sang-hyeon to occasionally steal babies from the baby box and sell them on the black market for adoption. However, So-young (Lee Ji-eun), a young mother who had abandoned her child, found them when she returned and decided to travel with them to meet the baby’s potential infertile parents. Two detectives, Detective Lee (Lee Joo-young) and Soo-jin (Bae Doona), are pursuing them in the meantime.
